We have just returned from a four night stay in this beautiful place. This time we were in the Bowie room. It’s very spacious, warm and comfortable and the views are fantastic. Sharon and Nigel always give everyone a warm welcome. The rooms are absolutely spotless with the comfiest of beds, lovely bedding and the best fluffy towels. Water and fresh milk is provided daily and the breakfast is the best you would get anywhere with lots of choice. Look out for the specials and the homemade granola. Nothing is too much trouble and if the weather’s not up to scratch then the garden room is a must, with tea and coffee and an honesty bar. It’s location is perfect for a wander into the town when there are plenty of fine restaurants and pubs to meet everyone’s need. Five star all round without a doubt.
